I love this app and Charlotte Russe but ever since the last update it hasnt been letting me log in and I try sending my self an email to reset my password and it says that method isnt able to..? Please fix I love shopping on this app!

Everything I order I get within 3-4 days with standard shipping. Since the app has updated I cant sign on. But I would recommend getting it. You get all the sales right to your phone

I only gave it one star because I had to if not I wouldnt have given it any. It doesnt let me login, the new layout is terrible, the one before was so much better.

Love the store and app but since the new update there isnt an option for gift cards. The app shouldnt have been updated if the gift card part wasnt going to be ready yet. Its very inconvenient because Im not going to spend money if I have $60 worth of gift cards to use and some of my items arent in store. Please fix ASAP!!!!!!

This new app is much more modern looking. Love the Apple Pay feature which could also be dangerous :).

Says my password is wrong, when I try to reset it it says method not implemented.

Not a big fan of the new update. Difficult to find clothing easily.

This new update is horrible and needs improving. If you search for things it still shows items that are not available anymore. Could at least be taken out.

Since the app has upgraded, it is not allowing login! This is a major problem. I was about to purchase but changed my mind when forced to enter all info when I know its already saved but cant be accessed.

The app was just fine before the recent update. I dont find the update to be functional at all. And to top it off, whenever I try add items to my cart it says that it is unavailable, even though the items are in stock. Needs to be fixed.

Im liking the new look. They have so many offers, easy to check out their deals and find what I want! My fav store

everything is horrible. Cant sign it there for cant access items that were in my cart before update. Showing items that are not available. Just a mess needs improving

I hate the new app. I still cant log on. And its no way of breaking things down into smaller sections. I would like to search for heels instead of searching for every type of shoe in one place. I would really like the old app back.

It is a pleasure to shop with this app. It is so easy to discover with search, and super easy to buy with Apple Pay.

Used to love this app. Every update makes it more frustrating. Patience is gone wont use anymore

but i wish the pictures of the items were more clear. the picture quality isnt all that good.

I used to love using the app. It seems something happened in the last update that makes ALL items unavailable for me to purchase. And for some reason the booties I want are not on the regular website, which is also frustrating that the app and web dont match. Also, it finally let me login after a week of trying (new phone) because I forgot my password and it said "that function is not available" to make a new one.

Not that good! Pretty to look at but it shuts down by itself and it bugs too much! Very very disappointed!

Awesome clothes and prices, but as they claim to ship to Canada you wont be able to enter a Canadian address. The postal codes and states are all American. Pretty unfortunate.
