I am not very impressed with this app. Whenever I open the app is takes ages to load.(even when I have full wifi or am on cellular data) Once I actually get into the app half of it hasnt loaded and doesnt load. If I open the app and but stuff in my "bag" then go out of it my "bag" goes empty. Aswell and she app is constantly crashing. Thank you for hearing what I have to say.

Everything about this app is perfect. Its easy to navigate, and the set up is cute and handy! I love everything about it the only thing that sucks is that there is no shipping to Canada from the app. I have to go onto the website if I want to order something. That is the only reason I gave it 4 out of 5. If the shipping options were there it would easy be 5 out of 5! Hope theres an update on shipping soon

App is great besides the actual cart page & checking out. Items in the cart never load, and pictures of the actual items never load correctly. It will show one of the items picture for all your cart orders, instead of them all pictured accordingly.

This whole loop thing going on with the app is frustrating! I get to the check out and it keeps asking for the security number on back of card and then email address! This is so stupid!

Doesnt have a wish list. Everytime I add something to cart is crashes

Its a wonderful app , just when I come back to checkout theres nothing in the cart.

Theres so many cute clothes i save them to my cart and when i go back theyre gone i really dont feel like looking for them again please make a wishlist option

I cant add any items to the cart, they wont show up or they show up with the wrong picture.

An extremely easy way to shop one of my favorite stores!

Thought it would be a great idea to use an app instead of going on the website but this is nothing like the website. Only good thing so far is that it loads fast. There is no feature to access your "Wishlist" or other information thats on your account besides tracking orders. And to search certain clothing you do have filter options like say for jeans if you want to choose between skinny or boyfriend, you have to go threw the whole list to see what you want. Theres no description of what the item is called, just the price. Uninstalling till its fixed or if its ever fixed. Im better off using the website.

Like the app and set up, but it keep crashing. Once it crashes it erases everything in my shopping cart. Please improve or something, my app is up to date and so is IOS

Wheres that wish list at ? Also, My items either disappeared or I had the same item on my list 2-5 times when I was in the process of checking out.

It helped me find some outfits for the upcoming first day of school and on my sizes. They have a section for skinny and bigger people which is fabulous!! I love this app its wonderful. :)

The app crashes constantly, every time I close the app my shopping cart is emptied, cant add things into my shopping cart because theyre "out of stock". EVERY ITEM I tried to put in my cart was out of stock. I clicked on the ugliest pairs of shoes, and even they were out of stock. This app was disappointing. Shopping in the store is much better.

The old app was much easier to navigate. Find it hard to find new products and overall use the app.

I tried to log into this app once, ever since then I havent been able to sign into Charlotte Russe at all. Not on the app not on my computer or anything. I dont know if it was the app or Charlotte Russe in general. When I try to send myself a password rest link to my email, I never get the email.

Suddenly I cant login or reset my password. Looks like I have to delete the app and shop somewhere else.

On the rare occasion this app does let me log in, my account information and recent order history is not visible. Cant pay with PayPal on the app either.

My account suddenly disappeared, and I cant reset my password. Guess Im not shopping here anymore...
