Totally convenient!

Overall good app. Some issues ordering and syncing to your account sometimes.

This site has too many glitches in it, I try to order things it wont let you. I try to place something in the cart and it disappears and then it places a different item in the cart. It erases all my information like my address and everything I have to keep free entering everything in every time I read order and I buy a lot off of Charlotte Roos so its very frustrating and discouraging...

I love this app... I order stuff every week ... Also I look at it everyday to check for deals .. Great that it shows in store and online deals ... Love how it sends you notifications when theres a SALE

has everything you need and all the sizes

The app is always crashing, the items in my cart always disappear when i close the app out, the barcode scanner rarely works. But its really user friendly and has a pretty sleek layout

I think this app is great and the navigation is easy but I typically use the website instead for one reason - there is no wish list function in the app! I like to shop around and save things to my wish list online until Im ready to buy so without that function the app doesnt work as well for me as it could.

It needs to save the stuff in your bag when youre signed in

Things disappear or change in the cart/shopping bag. Uninstalled & reinstalled multiple times still nothing .

My favorite part is the filter choice so you dont have to go through so many pages! I love the app!

Certain items wont go into the cart. Other ones show up in the cart with the wrong image. Checking out gave me a looping error, where it would ask for an email, then a credit card number, then my email again, then the credit card, over and over. When I left the app to answer a phone call, my cart was empty when I opened it back up. The app needs a lot of work before its usable. Right now its set up to be pretty, but its just not functional. Id love to shop on the app rather than the site, so I hope you guys keep improving!
