Its good but it crashes a lot and the items in my cart always disappear. Also itll say Im logged in but all my payment info will be gone each time I order something.

I am a big online shopper. Charlotte Russe is my favorite, they always have great deals on this app!

Everything I have bought from Charlotte Russe has fit perfectly. I have been pleased with every item I ordered. You cant go wrong with their clothing.

I love the app but we really need a wish list option!! Its soo annoying trying to go back and find something but overall I love it! It also crashes here and there so that also.

Cool app. Runs smooth.

When I first used this app, everything went smoothly. Now, I cant even put items on the cart without it glitching and restarting again, and when I put items on the cart, it doesnt register at all. This app could be better.

It could really use a better filter on the categories. Choices for length of dress/skirt. Short sleeve or not. I prefer a long dress and having to scroll through the endless short dresses is a hassle and I end up leaving the app.

When you have the app they have special in all only discounts and allot of the time you get free shipping

There are tons of glitches I feel like the app has been like this for about 7 months now. I shop online instead but I would rather use the app because you get coupons and different deals but I cant because it doesnt work anymore .

Need to troubleshoot glitches. Not planning to shop until the issues are resolved.

This is a very nice app.

Horrible app. Im afraid of ordering anything on it. I always order on a computer. Anything I put in the cart are being repeated or a picture with the wrong info. It throws me off the app. When I leave the app to to do anything on my phone, I go back on it and my cart is empty. I love the store and the items and sales they have but the app needs some type of update or something. I suggest use a computer to order your things.

Wish I could like things or see things Ive already liked online. Other than that its ok.

Looks as if I am not the first one to have this similar complaint.. The shopping cart has some serious bugs. All my items I add are the same shoe. I even tried deleted everything in my cart and starting over. Same thing happens.. Little nervous to check out. Not sure what exactly I am ordering. Hope this error improves soon. Till then, Ill continue using the website thru my computer. But it would be convenient to be able to use the app.

Things in the shopping cart disappear if you click out of the app. Overall the app is fine, that seems to be the only problem this far. Its a really really annoying issue. Makes me not order anything because I dont feel like searching for the items I wanted again.
